To add a client to your Coaching panel, simply go to MY CLIENTELE > ADD CLIENT. Here you can type the email address the client has used to register with ph360/Shae and click REQUEST ACCESS. 

Your Client can login to their ph360 online, navigate to COACHING > MY COACHES, and accept your request there and will be added to your Coaching Panel.

They will also receive an email asking them to Accept or Deny your Coach Request. They can hit accept on this email and will be added to your Coaching Panel too. 

The client doesn't need to do both - they can accept your Coaching Access Request via app.ph360.me OR email.
